These three-dimensional signs backlit on the soffit are fun. 
The outlines on the bright plaster even further emphasize where to go. (literally)
The men's room is beyond - can't you tell?
This is my favorite, in the baby changing room a "disco" ball is installed to reflect dazzling spots on the walls to entertain the infants as they get a clean nappie.
