fall

Dilemma: Landlocked backyard with a few dead rotting trees.

Solution: Call a former military man turned tree climber and his crew who derive absolute joy in knocking big heavy items to the ground.

Hick-up: A trunk full of not too happy you're destroying my home "Winnie-the-Pooh" bees.

I DeAnn, sorry this took so long. I was in the middle of making cookies for the wedding and completely forgot to post the dinner selections:

1.PENNETTE ALLA BOLOGNESE
Originating in Bologna, this Italian sauce is made with a variety of ground meats.
2. RIGATONI ALL 'AMATRICIANA
This rigatoni dish from Rome is sauteed in a tomato sauce with smoked Italian bacon.
3. SPAGHETTINI DEL ORTOLANO
From the garden' this Tuscan version of primavera, uses Jullian-style carrots and celery, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and onions that are sauteed with white wine and then added to our homemade tomato sauce.
4. PALLARD DI POLO
This simple style of pounded chicken breast is grilled and seasoned with fresh rosemary. This is a flavorful, low calorie dish. It comes with penne pasta in a butter and sage sauce.
5. POLLO MILANESE
A chicken breast which is pounded thin and breaded. This is served with penne pasta in a butter and sage sauce.
That is the menu to choose from. I hope you like!!
Let me know for You, Darren Chase and Land.
